HowTo
1. Create an animation using Adobe Flash
2. To save the animation as GIF format, click on "File" in the Menu Bar
3. Click on "Export" then "Export Movie..."
4. Click on the "Save as type:" drop-down menu
5. Click on "Animated GIF (*.gif)"
6. Rename the file as whatever you want choose the directory (Desktop)
7. Click on "Save" and a new window will open
8. Adjust your preffered dimensions and whatsoever in the window
** 149 x 109 is a suitable dimension for an MSN diplay picture
9. I saved the file in my desktop so I locate it in my desktop
10. Open your Windows Live Messenger
11. Drag the GIF file in the desktop and place it in your MSN display picture
** Do make your animation to complex and long;
** If it's too long, the size'll be too big for MSN display picture size limit
"the file you selected is not a valid image file" :s confused
