But the TEA Party isn't about the speakers. It's about the people who come to the TEA Parties. They are not racists or bigots in spite of how some people attempt to portray them. They are just ordinary folks. Most have never been involved in any political movement whatsoever. However, they all have one thing in common. They are fearful of the direction our country is heading.

Meet Gerri. She was one of the first people to arrive at the TEA Party and she remained throughout the entire day in the sweltering heat. A raging storm of heavy winds and blasting rains brought an abrupt ending.
