NHL Brawl: Islanders-Penguins - MSG+ Feed

It was all bad blood from friday night between the Islanders and Penguins after a week from Max Talbot's cheap hit on Blake Comeau to Brent Johnson's fight with Rick DiPietro. In the second period a brawl accurs at center ice when Islanders Matt Martin got revenge with a sucker punch on Max Talbot then Bailey fought Dupis and Hamonic fought Rupp and they each recieved game misconducts. Then it got out of hand in the third period when another brawl accured after Trevor Gillies and Eric Tangradi got together along the boards. Michael Haley was in his second fight of the game as he fought Max Talbot then went to the other end of the ice and got revenge on the DiPietro fight when he squared off with Penguins goltender Brent Johnson and Eric Godard who jumped off the bench to stick up for his goltender. The NHL will have to give many suspensions for a total of 317 penalty minutes in a friday fight night in the Coliseum.

@thisisanthonyvt Well so far the Islanders are 0-4 against Pittsburgh this year. There have been no fights in any of those games but Crosby's one game he played against them was a 2 goal, 4 point night. So since this game the Islanders have decided to renounce violence and focus on losing more. Bravo.
