The bible tells us that there was a change in the law and that the sabbath as well as the other days found their fulfilment in jesus. They were shadows of him.

Wrong! The Sabbath is only for the nation of Israel. Exodus 5:15 says, "And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the Lord thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day."
Who were slaves in Egypt? The Israelites! What is purpose of keeping the sabbath day? To "remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt." So are you an Isralite?

and the includes daylight savings time.

The day starts in the evening. It is written, "And God called the Light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day." (Genesis 1:5) So at sunset on Friday to sunset on Saturday is when the Sabbath is observed. Man established the notion of a new day at 12:00am. With God you can see an actual change in the day.
