My Understanding about Rafi Sahab is he actually never belonged to any religion.I am not sure if people understand what I mean to say. He had a God Gifted voice and God sent him on this earth to leave songs with his vocal musical merval. He sung all kinds of songs in the movies and non-movies.About Rafi Sahab Naushadjee made remarkable comment " RAFI THA USKA NAAM." He is not Muslem,not Hindu nor Christian"INSAN KE AULAD HAI INSAN BANEGA." He was a symbol of Mankind.

This song shows Rafi Saab's true repertoire.There is software available to make the quality of the sound of this recording better, i don't have the expertise to do it, is there someone out there who could do it and then upload it again for the benefit of diehard Rafi fans? it will be a great if it can be done so i appeal to anyone who reads this comment and has the resourcefulness to improve the quality of the sound by eliminating the background noise and echo.

Superb. Any idea when and where this concert was held? Baiju Bawra was released in 1952. I feel this public rendering may have been sometime in the 1950s or early 1960s, when the texture of Rafi sahab's voice was at its very best.
