Dr. Jack Kevorkian - Unveils Swastika at NSU Lecture

On February 5, 2009, Dr. Kevorkian lectured to students and faculty at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Over 2500 persons heard him discuss tyranny, the criminal justice system and politics. Many in the large crowd left early because of poor acoustics and the fact that he did not lecture about assisted suicide. Those who stayed did get to hear his thoughts on the topic of euthanasia during a question and answer period. There were mixed reactions when Dr. Kevorkian unveiled an American Flag with a swastika where the field of stars normally resides. He claimed the flag was intended to shock and remind everyone that this is where America is headed if changes are not made.
