Students and community members donated tons of recyclables, some as strange as magazines from the 1970s, as well as old cell phones, during the "Recycling Extravaganza" hosted by the Residence Hall Association for Earth Day. Environmental Awareness Committee members Emily Steele and Julia Novotny, along with Apple Computer Campus Representative Steve Peternell, shared their experiences Wednesday while at the recycling booth in the South Quad.

Check out the video to see how Eastern contributed to Earth Day.
