  • Nice lift but you should work on the upper back rounding and "coming forward" on the way up. Would definitely increase your lift.

  • Nice lift dude! i'm in the same category. I maxed 500 squat parallel only though, and dead lift 455. You have a crazy strong back! Do you know the world record for the 19 y.o, 165 class? Although i'm 8 pounds under weight lol.

  • Try seated good mornings to increase your mid to upper back strength. Seems to be the break down spot when squatting.

  • i dont know how people train in pants, he must be sweating like crazy :O
