this man should be inducted to the hall of fame not only for the music but influencing the stones itself

@TheKalen486 That must have been the missus posting. ;-)

@awnok coked or rocked

I think the confusion started because Parsons claimed they had written it for him. Could be, maybe, not likely.

Amotorcyle1, It's inexcusable to make a mistake like that these days, what with internet available to us all to answer any question we have. Google "who wrote wild horses" and check your facts. The rolling stones are fully credited for creating this song. Gram Parsons got their permission to record a version, which WAS released first, but it is their song. I agree this isn't a bad version, but this is a top 500 greatest song of all time, and credit needs to go to the proper artists.

Instrument wise, this is better than the stones version. Especially at the end with the piano and guitars. Wow!

I like the original by the "Stones" a little better. But this version aint bad.

Thank you! I'm so happy to find this song! Long ago I favorited every song Gram sang, & last night I found them all gone! He was so beautiful, He & Emmylou Harris have some of the best music on earth! Thanks again, Barb
