A simple low carb, low calorie soup with benifits. You have your water for obvious reasons (Lubracation and hydration of the body) Shrimp for a good source of low cholesterol protein , iron and a bit of omaga 3 oil. Seaweed for the vegitables and underwater nutreiants ( good for lungs) Vagta salt for taste and a bit of vegitables. Egg Noodles for enegry and haveing less carbs then plain grain noodles. Egg optional for more protien and eye health. Enjoy
