WHY DOESN'T JERRY LEWIS FEATURE THIS ARTIST ON HIS ANNUAL MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY TELETHON? Frank Salas is an artist who is stricken with the disease Muscular Dystrophy. Despite this, he creates beautiful art out discarded pieces of wood, stone, clay, etc., inspired by his neighborhood in Spanish Harlem, New York. He works out of a room in the apartment he shares with his wife and children.
