Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue "Power Vote" promos & more

1) PRLR "Lightspeed Power Vote" promos. This was for a "special two weeks" of LR reruns, tying in with a popularity contest at the Fox Kids website.

2) PRLR "Lightspeed Power Vote" campaign promos. Dana, Carter, and Joel. I don't believe Chad, Kelsey or Ryan got their own ones, and these were never fed, so that goes to show ya.

3) PRLR "Mighty Mega Battles" episodics. New toy to promote, so promote it they did!

4) Fox Kids Fall 00 "Weekday Countdown" Weekday Block promos. Magic School Bus, Dungeons and Dragons, PRLR, X-Men, Digimon ran Monday to Thursday. I didn't seem to keep the Friday or Saturday spots.

5) PRLR "Lightspeed Power Vote Winner" promo. Saturday, October 7th, the voting had ended. So what do they do? They announce the winner in the end credits only, and never run the spot outside of being shrunk down. So I've zoomed in. Unfortunately, my copy was cut in the middle thanks to a plane flying in front of my dish, and I never bothered to retape. So thanks goes out to DragonRanger on #power-rangers for his encode, which I used to patch in the missing spot on mine. As you can see, the winner of the vote was the guy who was on the show the least!

6) PRLR "Ultimate Sweepstakes" spot. This was "not for broadcast". I don't recall if they ever did broadcast this at all, actually. I also can't recall any other FK contests for PR after this one! So it really WAS the ultimate.

I'm glad to see that Ryan won the contest. Its great to see how much fans appreciate him even though he wasn't on the show as much as the others. I would've voted for him had i known about this contest

I'm know I'm a little late for the contest (lol), but my favorite Lightspeed Ranger was Chad. Sure, he's another typical 'quite Asian' ranger, but he kicked the most ass of any of them. Plus he hit it off with a Mermaid. That's stylin'.
