Was at this show. The crowd was abuzz because a few nights before they played this song for the first time 14 or 15 years. The crowd went nuts...the screaming and cheering is not so clear on the video.

@dfleonard The Grateful Dead readily admitted that they had off nights and off songs. This organic, not always polished sound, was one component that made them so freaking awesome.

they played it 4 days earlier in Hampton, Va. That was the breakout not this one.

i got goosebumps. Not from the song - I usually prefer to listen to an LP or an mp3 than listen to a live recording - but from the LOVE in the crowd. Oh man, I wish I was alive to see these guys play live.
