@ill318 i was put in jail on unrelated charges and served six months which is the time limit in which you are able to report a complaint on an officer

call some crim defense lawyers - or also read up on the regs & laws & etc yourself. if you can even find the name of such materials.. lol . east germanies gonna east germany

Do a bit more research and you will find cops do get charged and convicted. But yeah I agree too many get away with committing criminal acts. Kind of reminds me of the Catholic church and how the help pedophiles avoid capture and allow them to continue their attacks on children.

So what if one group of citizens gets discriminated against they assume. Uh! Uh! no sirree. We are all equal in this country. This guy definetely has an attitude problem. To run up and attack somebody from behind because some kids were filming an arrest?? Have him charged, sue the police force, the government and anybody else who would hire an imbecile and make sure he stays that way by not teaching him any law.

@HintonburgRep defense lawyers - many are ex crowns.. so shop hard. maybe it was 2 years to sue? there was some articles on the ottawasun . com. i've read of a few people that are now going to court to collect damages from incidents that happened in 95! the system is broken (on purpose) - technically the definition of anarchy.. .all i can advise people to do is learn their rights because if you don't know them - you won't even know if they're being violated.
