@sexysmitty7 I came across a slick diagram to bypass the alarm etc... Message me with your email address if you still need it, and I'll send it to you.

Multiple options for bypassing sensors like that. Bit of wiring to install a switch, unplugging it and connecting it together with a spare piece of wire, or you could make some sort of a swivle tab that keeps the plunger pushed down. I will make a switch for my ZJ if I find that I end up taking the doors off of it in the future.
what size lift do you have on that zj and from what company?

@johnsonhawks68 Both ZJs have Long Arm kits on them. We install the Clayton Offroad and the Ironrock ones as well.

the zj with the doors removed, how do you by-pass the sensors for the lights and alarms for the doors being "open"
sexysmitty7 2 years ago
@sexysmitty7 No real easy way that I'm aware of, other than unscrewing the pin switch in the door jamb and unplugging it. You can also remove the relay that fires the lights and sensors...your factory service manual will tell you precisely which one.
