@CaptainElevator42189 : I did not get kicked out of the library, some libraries have security guards but the place I got kicked out is a tight-security hospital near a jail, which is a government building.

Yes, hospitals are high security, but any building that is near a jail is extreme security, sometimes even closed to the public. Like with AT&T buildings, they're restricted, but the one in Austin is close to the Travis County Courthouse and Jail.
