why the hell wood black take the knight when he cood strengthen defences AND save the rook. he says white shouldnt let black take the pawn on c3 from prepetual check because it wood lose the pawn...WTF?! whites up a rook!! if he can get out prepetual check i think a pawn is worth it!! and these 2 players both suck...both with wasting moves and bad advancement. black not even noticing his rook stranded on the A file unprotected
Even after black's mistake of 21...f5, the game is very easy for him. Not winning, but he can't really be worse (try Nxf2 immediately. It works and gives a roughly level position in almost no moves at all.
There shouldn't be any struggle. Actually it is white who should be careful in his replies, as the continuation shows.
24.Kf1? should lose the game. Kf1, losing the pawn with check and all led to a position which should be equal.
Careful what you call a blunder. You call 20...Nd3 a blunder. No it isn't. It's just another way to win than the immediate Bxg5.
(White can never take the a8 rook anyway. In this ...Nd3 Kf1 variation, for example, if black just continues 21...Bxg5 22.Qxa8? even just Nxf2 wins easily. Bishop on d2 threatened, g5 bishop joined the attack, black's queen is susceptible to discovered attacks with tempo on the white king. It's easily winning for black.
16.Ng5 - I don't get what you call "mixing it up"`. Chess isn't checkers. black can just ignore (and not play the ugly ...h5 he did either. just 16.exd4 would rip white apart (as well as remind white the knight remains hanging with no threats... at some point it will be taken.
Your idea of 18.Bb1 and Qc2 afterwards seems strange. you spend to moves and if black wants he just plays Ng6 and blocks everything. So you waste two moves and black defends with 1. Also, Your a1 rook is cut off now.
After 13.Bd3 the simple 13...Qb6 defends the attacked pawn, adds support to black's a pawn which allows either removing the rook from that file to an active post or exchanging that pawn by advancing it (also avoids any tactics).
15.h4 - is not aggressive at all. IT has no threats, no potential breakthroughs, and doesn't gain any useful space. it DOES create a weakness for white. this move isn't mixing anything up.

25.e4 (more stubborn is Ne4, but still reaches a lost position).
25...Rd8! wins most quickly, but black's 25...Bxg5 is much better than your suggestion of perpetual check as well, and should win easily for black.
26.hxg5 Rd8 is again won for B. W can't protect his pawns and his rooks are having problems so the black Q, R, and B win easily.
W king is in a hopeless position there.
f3 is the first losing mistake by B. Somehow, he wins:)
