  • I personally find cutting the range of motions into half extension works better for my chest.. which is also my weakpoint... the full extension gets my triceps fatigued before my chest really peaks.. chest fly's are my compensation when triceps are spent... my chest keeps a fuller pump when in rest position also.. as opposed to a ridiculous swollen look when flexed..

  • @funnyhappydays keep weight a bit forward , atleast an inch ahead of shoulders will going to activate upper pecs .

    the reason you feel stress on your rotator is because it involves more deltoid not because it is isolating your chest. :P
