i was wondering how do the Meinl MB20 Hats sound live cuz im getting a hyper drive kit soon and i wanna get the best possible hihats i can.

That was the G2s...they are better now. :) Kinda unhappy with EMAD on kick though...the video has the stock PS3 on...may find something else by Evans.

No, those 2 kits were in England. I made more money selling them second hand there than they cost new here, so it wasnt worth the hassle of importing them. Great drums they were, I miss em. The Sonors are great though, now I got the right heads on 'em.

Sonors are more melodic than SCMs, SCMs are more rocking though. Tamas would be my choise for metal. My kit sounds much better with the EC2s than the G2 coateds (which sounded great on SCMs.) So..., from my expewrience: for softer/melodic music the Delite, for metal SCM.
