Reuben Download Festival 2007 Pt 1 of 4

Blamethrower & Blood Bunny Larkhall -The band have effectively split up, they are not just taking a short break. However, everything's amicable and although there are no plans to get back together, it's not an impossibility.

As people have been guessing, the main reason for stopping is simply that everything to do with the band became too difficult; running the band as a business, running the record label, juggling jobs and band, personal pressures... the list goes on.

why the fuck didnt this band make it bigger? ill tell you why, its because magazines like kerrang and rock sound are fucking obsessed with sucking off fall out boy and bullet for my valentine and bring me the horizon, which are completely integrity deprived shit bands. its such a shame that bands like reuben, isis and thrice and stuff never get featured on uk alternative mags

It has nothing to do with music magazines.. They got promoted quite well by them, even MTV2 and other media.. They were on their way up, but it think it was a mistake of releasing their album by them self.. Business is a very important if you want have successful music carrier. So rather have a big label handle it who knows what their doing, instead of worrying about it your self and risking that you might fuck up.
