Andy Williams - Carpe Diem (Andy Timmons cover)

My cover of Carpe Diem. By no means a no-for-note cover. Most of the solos are improvised, I did a few takes, and even with a couple of mistakes this was my favorite version. The backing track has a bit of a dodgy ending, and an extended section which isn't in the original. Not sure what's up with that!

Yep, Axe-Fx direct into a M-Audio Firewire 410 using the XLR outputs.

The patch was the Brit Pre, Boost on, Drive: 8.11, Bass:4, Mids: 5, Treb: 6.22. Presence on 0, Master on 7.48.

Cab: 4x12 Cali. And about a 400ms stereo delay.

It comes across a bit gainy on this guitar, the tone is a bit cleaner with less mid-heavy pickups.
