@bacardi119 at the drive-in is kinda like a mixture of drive like jehu, cap'n jazz, fugazi, and brainiac. check them out, as well as all of the other bands i listed. also, rites of spring, sunny day real estate, american football, the promise ring, and i hate myself. that's all classic emo.
the band "heroin" is like, the inventor of the heavy emo (somtimes dubbbed "screamo"). they're very good if you want something heavier. and algernon cadwallader if you want something modern.
