As opposed to around 0:24 to 0:25 when you can pause at the point that the ball last touches the floor, but JR still in theory has his dribble. If you start counting steps at this point, JR obviously establishes the right as his pivot and shouldn't be able to pick it up and put it down to plant for the dunk. Common area of disagreement when it comes to a travel. When the ball is gathered or when the ball last touches the floor? When is the pivot established? A very fluid thing on a drive.

To be honest, I don't think he did travel, even according to NCAA/High School rules. They say it is impossible to travel while dribbling, but do you count the steps that occurred while the player could have presumably kept the dribble instead of gathering it in? Around 0:25 to 0:26, pause when JR has picked up the dribble (i.e. ball held in both hands) and check where his feet are. Left is pivot, steps with right, lift left as part of jump and dunks.
