As a Hatha Yoga teacher, healer and personal development facilitator I combine the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern lifestyle-improvement healing techniques, and movement to provide a new perspective in my teachings.
I use Intuition working with a compassionate attitude, respecting the integrity, natural intelligence, and self-knowledge of my students. I want to bring awareness and help people to relieve some of their suffering and to see them rediscover True happiness. Giving from the heart and not the ego.
I think the essence of Yoga is very simple; it is about your happiness. Yoga is not just physical training. It is an authentic holistic tradition inclusive of contemplation & meditation. Its aim is for you to achieve your fullest potential in life doing whatever you choose to do but with awareness. Allowing yourself to JUST BE, letting go of the patterns and the stories that no longer serve you. Not needing to perfect any asana Accepting that there is not a "right" way to be in a posture, only a "safe" way for your body. Noticing what you are thinking about right now and Noticing what you are feeling in your body, right now ....just to experience each asana. Recognizing that your yoga teacher is human and not to be treated any differently than other person.
