I got a fake one and it's actually REALLY good. It's the light blue one with the white ears. :) The text is not different from the real one but the restart button isn't where it is suppose to be and no screws on the bottom.

don't get fake one unless just for looks. I've heard no ear phones, the usb is crappy and you should look at packaging it says Dieseny no i didn;t spell it wrong that's what it says than mp3 player in cursive who are they kidding?
