People! I have a strange glitch in shivering isles in the quest The Lady of Paranoia. When i go talk with Bisha about the Conspiracy. I have Herdir following me and then when i talk with Bisha about that, he says: "I don't know about that" and then i can't torture im! nothing appears! i dont have choises! what should i do?
