Great exercise to work the glutes and build core and hip stability without putting undue stress on the lower back. Ankle weights can be added for more difficulty.

  • Did anyone ever tried fixing ASLR by doing this kind of leg separation exercise with straight legs in extension and passive flexion (gravity would pull the other leg down..)?

  • Could you also perform this exercise with Ankle weights?
