I can't believe that was 21 freakin' years ago.
As a Habs fan,I was disappointed but I was at a taverne watching the series and this game and everyone unanimously was happy for Lanny..He deserved it.

I remember that goal like it was yesterday, top shelve wear mom keeps the cookies . By far lanies best goal.

The print of this goal is in my office on wall behind me it was one of my greatest moments as a flames fan next to beating the habs for the cup and of course our "Red Mile"

Still one of the most iconic hockey images - Lanny running on his skates after that goal. I absolutely hate the Flames, but that gives me goosebumps every time I see it.
