What do you get when you deal with Debby Beachy:
1. She's nice and friendly.
2. Her voice and words are sweet.. she's an excellent speaker.
3. She's on the ball.. she is clearly organized.
4. She looks sharp.
5. She really wants to help me it seems.
6. Wow.. she found a way to earn money while helping people.. I'm very curious.
7. Her videos are professional looking.
8. She likes herself and is apparently happy.
I've got plenty to learn from her.

Awesome presentation Debby! Our why is so important. If we focus our why on the money aspect or the freedom aspect only, we are definitely missing a huge component for success. Personal growth and even personal development are a huge aspect of network marketing and by helping others achieve their personal level of success, we grow as a leader and our business grow as well.
A shift of thinking needs to be made for certain.
