Jesus hell and whiskers, oh lordy. Oh... and oh. Precious memories.

Do I hope I made myself sound befuddled there... Because wow, it's been the aeons since the last Azure&Sands. It's been nearly what, 2 years? Welp, I suppose that is a very skewed metric to call it "ages"... Perhaps Azure&Sands is just so swell and all kinds of fruity flavors they own their own timeline of sorts, I honestly don't know. What I know is that our buddy Tai no Kobone's still in amazing shape and his skill didn't die down at all. It's so good to have Azure&Sands back. If you get to call upon two colossus in the touhou jazz scene, either Swing Holic or Azure&Sands pop by your mind. And even though they've taken a different approach to this album, what with coming up with this demented thing we call manvocals, they're actually pretty well executed! Honestly, the dudes behind these vocals even surpassed ichigo's track and totally sealed the deal for me vocal-depictions wise... You could either think ichigo was awful or these guys were legitly successful, which I believe is the case.

Now, I'm not saying this is parousia town jazz dreamland and co., but I think the following two tracks are particularly and proverbially awesome. And they're two themes you'd murder to see depicted with this sort of vibe; more the merit to this guy. Although it could be said that Kogasa's theme is very eclectic, I think this is the first time someone's done this theme the way this is. And it's so brilliantly executed it's not even funny. It's such a clever interpretation of mrs. umbrella. I love how the tense atmosphere mellowed down to a chillin', swingy, funky feel, even, and comes to deliver a very pleasant result in all aspects. Simply wonderful.
I have absolutely nothing else to add but (most candid) fanboy speech, therefore, fuafuafhafuafhua. Well said.
