Footsteps On The Ceiling - Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, KY

This is not so much an EVP but rather a "disembodied sound". Recorded on the first floor of Waverly Hills just outside the pharmacy area and main lobby. The voice heard in the recording is Erin's. After ducking outside of the pharmacy to take a look down the hallway we started to hear scuffling noises. A shadow is seen blocking out what little light is down in that area. We were investigating in complete darkness. You will hear the footsteps on this recording followed by a loud band after Erin says "Hello" almost like a response. Keep in mind the footsteps were coming from the ceiling, the floors and ceilings in this building are solid thick concrete. On the full recording you hear Erin call the other team on the radio to see if perhaps they were hearing their footsteps. The team was on the second floor at the time. Erin asks the team to stop moving. After about thirty seconds the footsteps continue again. Once more Erin calls and asks the team to stop moving. They reply "We're all standing completely still in a circle. We stopped moving when you told us too." Enjoy.

"Do you see it? (referring to shadow down the hallway)... (steady footsteps coming from ceiling) ... That is footsteps.. (footsteps continue).. Hello? (hear a few more steps followed by a loud bang)"
