Tummy tuck progress -- I'm at the 3 week mark! So excited to show you the new tummy so far! Other than having no energy, I am doing really well.

Go to www.tummytucktalk.ning.com -- it is an incredible PRIVATE network where you can connect with others for great advice! There is a screening process, so make sure you mention my name "Becky" -- tell them that you were referred by me.

  • Hi Becky, I just want to thank you for opening yourself up to us. Your videos have really helped me with my fear of having the tummy tuck surgery and understanding what to expect. I am now 3 1/2 weeks out and Im very happy with my results and of course I can't wait til I'm 3-4 months out to see my new tummy after all the swelling has gone down and the incision has healed a bit. Again I just want to thank you for being an inspiration to us all. Also can you tell me when you started scar therapy?

  • @MsLJ33 I started about 4 months post op. Congrats on your surgery!

  • Forgot to ask... What kind of diet did you do after? Or how where you taking care of your self to loose extra weight??! I really wnat to loose the rest of my weight. And cant wait for my TT to really mark.. :) PLEASE ANY ADVICE WILL BE GOOD :)

  • @arual1030 I worked out like a mad woman for 3 months and lost all the weight! I eat a very clean diet now -- high protein, low fat, high nutrients, low carbs, etc. Hope that helps!

  • I had my tummy tuck almost 3 weeks ago... Do you still recomend the gelzone binder?? And also, where did you get it?

  • @arual1030 Yes, I do recommend it. I got it online. Just google it.

  • Hi Becky! I am having my surgery on 7/26.. so excited and nervous! Couple questions, how long did it take for your scar to heal so that you could wear your gelzone wrap? Also, my dr doesnt offer pain pumps :( do you know if there is another way to get one? Like you, i have small children to take care of and i am not looking forward to being "loopy" post op! Thanks for all your postings and information! You look terrific btw!!! Great job!!

  • HI Becky, I have been watching all of your video's on your tummy tuck journey. I am getting one in two week and have wanted one for 12 years now. I have two sons and I am 36. My belly looks just like yours did before the surgery. I am about 20 pounds heavier than I want to be but your story has really inspired me a lot. I wondered when you started to wear your gel zone wrap after surgery? Thanks a lot.
