@fro7k At the range that he was poking out c.mk, he knew that it wouldnt connect with Rafarouto if he was to hold back and block. So Alioune was most likely doing the motion for the super as soon as he pressed c.mk because he could tell that at the range he was at, it would only connect if his opponent also threw out a normal, resulting in a hit confirmed super. Watch carefully and you'll see the way Ali took great care with his spacing before working his magic :)
