PunkBuster Fps Spikes

Ignore everything up until 00:41
As you can see, I'm doing nothing and my fps keeps dropping into 70's, 80's and low 90's for no apparent reason every 3 seconds. Normally my pc is capable of staying at 125fps without any fluxuation but considering I'm recording fraps at 125fps to demonstrate these spikes, It's not performing too great.
My spikes still drop to 80's and 90's when I'm actually receiving 125fps.
This only happens for the first minute of connecting to any PB enabled server.

I have the exact problem as you. I tried getting help from PB support and they were useless. Did you end up fixing the problem?
