Anti-solvent abuse PSA directed by Will van der Vlugt and produced by Cliff Freeman & Partners. One of the only other versions I managed to find on YouTube was a recent version screened on the American Forces Network which had horribly bleached colour, a slower-framerate (which caused images to start blurring), and an alternate soundtrack for it. Here is the ad as it was intended to be shown.
