@coolanddark You do realize that she never actually dropped the turkey right? That never really happened. And Julia Child wrote the definitive French cookbook, revolutionized food, and as great as Jacques is he would have never even been on television if it wasn't for Julia. Being clumsy in the kitchen has nothing to do with the quality of food you produce. Have a little respect!
@AngelorPhantom1359 40 years earlier when she had her own cooking show the turkey or chicken would slip out of her hands and fall on the floor! She has always been a total cluts in the kitchen. that part of why people liked her so much! I like Julia but she cant cook a lick. sorry but its the truth. Jacques Pepin is the best chef on TV by far!
I love watching these people work.

@coolanddark Of course he is! She's like 90 here and barely able to stand on her own let alone cook a turkey.

Jacques is a serious bad-ass with that carving knife. Wouldn't want to get on his bad side
in the kitchen, he'd cut out your liver and serve it on a platter faster then Hannibal Lecter.

So what you're telling me, is that I should just go to McDonalds to get some nuggets?

The little bit of extra effort in boning the thighs is worth it. Cooks in 2 hours to perfection!
