AMAZING COLOUR footage of one of only FIVE Stratoliners operated by TWA!
The world's first airliner to feature a pressurized cabin, the 307 utilised the wings & tail feathers from a B-17, with a completely new fuselage.
Only 10 aircraft were ever built, all of them serving originally with Pan Am, TWA, and one for Howard Hughes.
Note that the shot from inside the cabin at 2:09 is actually a DC-3!
The only surviving Boeing Model 307 (NC19903), operated by Pan Am, is preserved in flying condition at the Smithsonian Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center.
To me, she always looked kind of like a 4 engined C-46 Commando!

"High up into the Sub-Stratosphere"... dodging geese and collecting enough ice to build a castle in the sky... ah those were the days!
