looks like the nasa sts-75 tether incident ufos. also this ufo is becoming very familiar. do a search on you tube for the ufo spotted in southwick, ma london and nile river all have what appears to be the hole in the center, intense glowing purple middle with the green outline

All design papers about thechnologies like gravitomagnetic propulsion, hyperspace pulse plasma fusion, etc., are freely downloadable from credible institutes like Sandia National Labs, ESA/ARC, etc. However, I've stopped giving off URLs on YT, because people are as stupid, they deny to believe it and rather run behind conspiracy theorists, who declared the whole stuff as a shocking-secret-truth.
So oil industry is not molested in business.

rtx242, optical blur has nothing to do with 'energy state' (what ever this may mean)
However an electric plasma looks indeed fuzzy.

Probably it was a sort of probe, travelling up and down several times. The bright light may come from a microwave plasma deflected
by Lorentz force of a low frequency magnetic field. Such a system puts a craft in a vacuum, where it can move dozens of mach without any air drag. Disadvantage: You need a gravitomagnetic drive and a pulsed plasma LN fusion reactor to power the stuff. I've already virtually disassembled such a thing.

optical blur, as seen, is consistent with a high energy state.
if it were a camera zoom, there would be much more shake, and the light would probably fall out of frame allot.
probably genuine.
