I think its floor 7. I know a really fit girl on floor 7 who has the craziest parties every night. All the people in the building always go to level 7 and theyre too hung over the next day to go to work or leave the building...

the 1. one cause evry one that wants to enter needs too pres the 1. button so the elevator opens the door!!!

Obviously the 1st button as all tenants would be entering and exiting through that floor. You example looks as though you might also be thinking about a problem as it relates to binary numbers and again, 1, would occur the most frequently (128 times).
