@payhayes thank you, and bad comedians, at that! haha!

@avalanchesoul I agree. Every gym I've been to, I've seen people being super supportive of overweight people getting in shape. Then of course, you come to YouTube, the place where the world gets to be comedians, and all you see is jokes. It's the way it works these days I guess.

fat guys don't get made fun of in the gym. everyone in the gym is hella supportive of fat people working out. all the making fun is on youtube by (probably out of shape) cowards.

That fat guy may just turn out looking ripped in a few years, and have the most amazing body transformation video!

@jmacleve I understand how you feel. I used to be fat and now I am one of the fittest guys in the gym... I wasn't always like that. Diet is 70-80 percent of fat loss results. People will emphasize the gym and working out but you can workout until your blue in the face and not see results if your diet isn't superb. I always suggest changing the diet first and let the fat melt off with walking around your neighborhood until you can move enough to do weights and heavy cardio at the gym.

hey vince doing this exercise for 2 weeks with good nutrition do you think i can loose 9 pounds?

3:40 face is hilarious hahaha
I see a guy who's in a gym working out. Fat people can't get a break. If you're fat and you don't work out, then you're lazy. And if you're fat and you're working out you get made fun of anyway. Why bother?
