yep i remember these wai strummed up at the pa round the fireplace wen i was a kid... and the hamonies were just as good... at least we thought so... lol, it happens way less now, if at all... I remember my sister found a cd in the 90's, but that was long lost, so nga mihi for putting it back out there...

Although I am from this generation I can still appreciate the beauty of these old songs! Especially this one..My koros sister nanny Maata started our ruka line when she married Papa Mano Ruka!!!!!!!! 42 tamariki later te mea te mea....So am proud to say these gentlemen are first cousins to my mum. Im glad this song touches the heart and brings back memories of old..Enjoy whanau..
