  • wow, SugarTomAppleRoger, I don't think you have a great understanding of the older "general" population. Any movement is good movement. Stop hating on those who are trying to keep moving and those who motivate them.

  • Why are they doing programs like this? The "seniors" need to be extended more. My friend of 60 just did a 60 kilometre run for her 60th birthday. Many 30 year olds would find 60 kilometers quite hard going. The senior is capable of a big workout. The young ones are doing things like 500 pushups and 1000 crunches. Just imagine what THEY will be like at age 60 - or 70 or 80! The young ones are just tougher now. The older will have to catch up.

  • Seems good. I'll have my aging land lady do this.
