Skyrim: How to Find Meeko the Dog

This video shows you how to find the dog companions, Meeko.

Head to location I show on the map and Meeko will be waiting near the road. As he runs follow him to his shack where you can then get him as a companion.

Should I have Meeko or Vigilance? Since I just finally finished the Barbas quest I'm missing a dog companion and not sure who to go for...

@LJDee91 vigilance costs money and meeko is a more awesome name :P

i feel like skyrim knows how much i care about meeko second i got him 4 Sabre cats attacked us but an elder dragon came to the rescue...killed the cats, a deer and saved meeko! <3 elder dragon

Does Vigiliance leave after a while if i leave him at my house.( hes the one u get from the markarth stables)

Vigilance got in the way of my fire breath shout. Collateral damage, however I will hunt Meeko down tonight :D

I don't finish the A Daedra's Friend mission to have both Meeko and Barbas! Haha!

Barbas is the best dog in Skyrim because he immortal and can took down a group of 2 giant and 2 mammoth on it own .I just had to sit back and watch him bite Giant ass

PS: I like Meeko also because of his loyalty to his own master too bad he don't want to stay with you in your home :O

@SheIIdon see what i do is when i know danger is near i tell him to wait n a good hiding spot and bring my follow to take it out, then i scout the rest of the area and see if he can handle the fight
