I'm exactly the same as Rossi, if I have planned appointments in the mornings, I worry for days beforehand that I won't be able to get up and have sleepless nights! It's really horrible forcing yourself to get to sleep earlier and waking up random times in the night because you're not actually tired, which makes the important appointments a nightmare to go through because you haven't had enough sleep lol, I can completely relate to him!
