  • This song opened as a tribute to the city hosting the Brothers Coward on their 20th anniversary benefit gig at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass. The first verse they sang was from I LEFT MY HEART IN SAN FRANCISCO by Tony Bennett, followed by a pregnant pause, at the conclusion of which they veered into the song I captured on camera*

  • In the 1980s, Elvis & T-Bone had label commitments that prevented them from recording together under their own names. So they recorded "People's Limousine" b/w "They'll Never Take Her Love from Me" under the names Hank and Howard Coward. What they have done since then I don't know. You'll have to look up "b/w."

  • Are they called the Coward Brothers because they dodged the draft and went to San Francisco?

  • ehhh

    originals were waaaaay better

  • VOCALS SUCK

  • You think they'll come back this year? That would be so cool!

  • fuck...

  • I was there; and it was a perfect San Francisco moment.

  • Wish I could have been there.
