The dissipation of the center first means absolutely nothing. If someone was spraying a garden hose on a fog pattern directly at you, then stopped spraying h2o, you would see dissipation begin in the center first, when the source was shut down and continue to see the pattern on the outside until the last h2o molecules finished their path of travel in a cone shape to the outside ring, hence showing dissipation from the center first, with the center growing until it meets the outside ring.

@umfan287 it looks as though the outer ring is hanging but the most interesting thing to me is how the disperion pattern where the 2 spraying directions are in opposite direction as you can see later in this clip. Definately not a rocket. That is the point that they LIED.

No law of physics doesn't allow the existence of worm holes. Yet, we can't imagine how a warm hole could form. That doesn't mean that other intelligent beings in the universe didn't discover how. So, that doesn't exclude the possibility that wasn't some sort of worm hole, regardless of how crazy it sounds (for us).

The government has so much hidden technology that anything crazy that they show us right in front of our eyes, automatically gets filed under "alien technology" or an attempted debunk by the media. Sad...

It looks like the theories told by every physicist on how black holes are formed and created. Look it up, and there are videos on black holes too. This is Probably by a dying star very very far away.
