Kung Fu star David Chiang takes up the reigns as director for this odd but very effective story of heroin addiction. Ti Lung, who turns in a fine performance as the kung fu instructor who has lost himself to addiction, finds himself an unlikely ally in his own drug supplier, (the awesome Wang Chung.) Chung forces him to break his drug habit, and an intense friendship develops between the two outcasts. Wang Chung and Ti Lung are both legends, and it is a treat to see them fighting side by side, against a sinister drug boss, who has made his living by taking in orphaned children, and raising them to be his henchmen, and to deal drugs and to kill for their master.

I was surprised when I watched the scene at the seaside.Ti Lung looked like Bruce Lee in that scene !

Good film..I was a little bit hesitant watching this film b'cos of the subject matter but It was a very good film after all..Thnx4Posting friend..Drugs are a terrible blight on the ppl of this world. Used 2 b inner city areas that suffered but they'r everywhere thesedys..Rich & Poor alike r suffering Gov's ineptitude in dealing with this horrific problem. Sorry bout the rant on here but It's someth close to my heart..I've lost lots of friends cos of it..Gov's don't care who dies from it..

Ti Lung looked quite good and slender and somewhat like Bruce Lee in this movie !
