The iconic reds, blues and whites that represent the American flag adorn this Fourth of July table setting. In this video, Chef Joey Altman shows us some delicious summer barbecue side dishes. With some help from Pottery Barn, you are sure to get an attractive-looking summer picnic table filled with some of these tasty dishes for a great Fourth of July party.

Chef Joey Altman starts by baking potato fingers tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper and baked in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees. He then rolls a folded newspaper to make a cone and puts it in a stoneware pot from Pottery Barn before putting in some French fries to make an attractive presentation. Another great side dish is the snappy apple slaw that has julienned apples, cabbage, peppers and carrots topped off with a vinaigrette dressing.

Lastly, the grilled stuffed corn is yet another delectable add-on to this summer barbecue feast. Chef Joey Altman starts by pushing the husks back and covering the corn in a mixture of butter, garlic, lime juice, chili pepper, and lemon zest with a dash of salt and pepper. The corn is then coated in this mixture and the husks are again pulled up to cover the corn which is then grilled so that the butter mixture bastes the corn. Chef Joey Altman brings all these side dishes together on the table in such a way, that it makes it look scrumptious and perfect for a fun-filled 4th of July summer barbecue party.
