  • I use to work out all the time lifting weights. I went from 190lb. bench press to 315lb. bench press in less than a year. I just went back on my low carb diet today and this video just motivated me even more.

  • Good luck. It shouldn't take too long to get back to your previous strength level, but you need to put in consistent workouts, not taking breaks.
