I use to work out all the time lifting weights. I went from 190lb. bench press to 315lb. bench press in less than a year. I just went back on my low carb diet today and this video just motivated me even more.

Good luck. It shouldn't take too long to get back to your previous strength level, but you need to put in consistent workouts, not taking breaks.

Thats a badass gym. Great Training Max. I still think your holding the bar a little to low on the squat. :)
