    If you look, its "infused", not brined. The turkey is already baked before the vodka is put in it.

  • I forgot the exact temperature alcohol burns off but it's way below the temperature needed to bake a turkey. It's fanfare like dumping 100 proof into a fry pan for the flame effect. Only in America, what fun.
